Warm tips:

  1. WiFi trail cameras depend upon their own wifi hotspot to connect to your phone. They are not a webcam, and cannot be connected to a private wifi network.
  2. When using the wifi function, please make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the camera's wifi network. And please make sure the distance between the camera and your phone is less than 30ft
  3. The WiFi function is only available to access the camera in the mobile APP (Hunting Camera). Such as setting up the camera; previewing, playing, and transferring images/videos.
  4. You can use 8pcs AA 1.5V batteries as power support.
  5. There are some small screen protectors that cover the lens, please peel them off before use.

When will the order be processed?

When a customer makes a purchase, we need 1-2 business days to process the order (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.

where do we ship?

We have warehouses in the US and CA so we ship from our US /CA warehouse by default. We choose UPS, and USPS Express as the delivery channel.

Shipping Country

Orders placed on Voopeak's website can only be shipped to the United States ,Canada  and are currently not available for shipment to other countries/regions. If you have any questions, please contact us at: support@voopeak.com; we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Process

Goods will generally be shipped within 1-2 days (working days). You can check the delivery status of the order within 1-2 working days. We will also send you an email to remind you that your order has been shipped. And after shipping, a tracking number will be sent to your mailbox.

How can I track my order?

When you complete your purchase, we will provide you with an order number (emailed to you) within 1-2 (working days). You can check the logistics of your order at the order tracking website. Logistics website: https://t.17track.net; Enter your order ID, and click "Track" to view the logistics of your order.

Ownership, Terms, and Risks

All orders will ship within 1-2 days (working days) except your pre-orders.

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. We can change your address for you or cancel your order for you (please see the Return and Refund Policy) without any obligation to you and a full refund will be issued.

Normally an order that has already been shipped (you have received a tracking number or the order status has been completed) cannot be cancelled. If you have to refuse delivery due to force majeure after the package has been dispatched, you must abide by the Return and Refund Policy.

If the product you ordered is not available for any reason when you place your order, we will contact you by email or phone within 1-2 days (working days). We will inform you of the estimated delivery time and if not satisfied you will have the right to cancel the order without any obligation and will issue a full refund.

After a successful transaction, you will be notified when the order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you may first check your email "spam" file folder, and then contact us.

Return and Refund Policy

If you purchased a trail camera from voopeak.com, the following return and refund policy applies. If you purchased from another retailer, we recommend that you contact that retailer for their refund details. This policy only applies to orders placed on the official website voopeak.com.

Products can be returned and exchanged within 30 days

Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, if you don't like the product/product quality problem, you can return it

Is it still possible to return a refund after 30 days?

Voopeak no longer supports unreasonable returns and refunds after more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

But Voopeak provides 1 year free warranty for your product.

If there is a product quality problem, you can still get our free replacement service within one year.

You can replace your product for free without paying for the product again. The shipping cost of the exchange (including round trip will be borne by the customer)! For more information about the warranty, please refer to our warranty policy.

Specific steps for Return and Refund

1: Email our customer service (support@voopeak.com) and provide your order number.

2: State the reason for your refund.

3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide the courier number.

4: When the warehouse receives your returned goods, wait for customer service to return the money to your account (within 1-2 working days, the money will be returned to your original account)

Return Fee

If there is a quality problem with the item, voopeak gives you a full refund and pays the shipping costs for the return of your camera.

If the product has no quality problem, we will not pay the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for returning to the warehouse needs to be borne by the customer.

When will my refund be received?

When you return the goods, please provide the tracking number to our customer service (support@voopeak.com).

We will refund you as soon as the warehouse receives your returned item.

You will receive your refund within 1-2 working days, depending on the payment method you used, the refund will be returned in the same way.

Please pay attention to the changes in the amount of your account. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How to change the goods?

1: Email our customer service (support@voopeak.com) and provide your order number.

2: Explain the reason for your return and the product that needs to be replaced.

3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide the logistics number.

4: When the warehouse receives your returned goods, customer service will send you a replacement product based on the needs you provide.

Exchange Fee

If the item has quality problems and needs to be exchanged, voopeak pays all the shipping costs for your exchange. If the product has no quality problem, we will not pay the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for returning to the warehouse needs to be borne by the customer. However, the exchanged item voopeak will ship it for you free of charge.
