Return and Refund Policy
If you purchased a trail camera from voopeak.com, the following return and refund policy applies. If you purchased from another retailer, we recommend that you contact that retailer for their refund details. This policy only applies to orders placed on the official website voopeak.com.
Products can be returned and exchanged within 30 days
Within 30 days from the date you receive the product, if you don't like the product/product quality problem, you can return it
Return Process and Conditions
1: Contact our customer service: support@voopeak.com to get the return address. Return the product in the original box, including the device, charger, battery, manual, gifts and other components, and send it back to our warehouse.
2: Send the return tracking number to our customer service. After we receive the goods, we will refund the full amount to your original account within 1-2 working days.
Return shipping
Note: All shipping costs for products sent out are borne by us (Voopeak), and customers do not need to bear the shipping costs for products sent out.
The shipping charges for returned products are divided into the following two situations.

Exchange process within 30 days
If you don't like the product and want to exchange another product/product quality problem, you can get a free replacement.

2: Send the return tracking number to our customer service. When we receive the goods, we will send you another product, and We will bear the shipping cost of the products sent out.
Exchange shipping
1.1:If it is not a product quality problem, the shipping fee for returning the exchanged goods to our warehouse needs to be borne by the custome:

We will bear the freight of all products sent to the past, without the customer's responsibility, and no need to pay any taxes
Is it still possible to return a refund after 30 days?
Voopeak no longer supports unreasonable returns and refunds after more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
But Voopeak provides 1 year free warranty for your product.
If there is a product quality problem, you can still get our free replacement service within one year.
You can replace your product for free without paying for the product again. The shipping cost of the exchange (including round trip will be borne by the customer)! For more information about the warranty, please refer to our warranty policy.
Specific steps for Return and Refund
1: Email our customer service (support@voopeak.com) and provide your order number.
2: State the reason for your refund.
3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide the courier number.
4: When the warehouse receives your returned goods, wait for customer service to return the money to your account (within 1-2 working days, the money will be returned to your original account)
Return Fee
If there is a quality problem with the item, voopeak gives you a full refund and pays the shipping costs for the return of your camera.
If the product has no quality problem, we will not pay the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for returning to the warehouse needs to be borne by the customer.
When will my refund be received?
When you return the goods, please provide the tracking number to our customer service (support@voopeak.com).
We will refund you as soon as the warehouse receives your returned item.
You will receive your refund within 1-2 working days, depending on the payment method you used, the refund will be returned in the same way.

How to change the goods?
1: Email our customer service (support@voopeak.com) and provide your order number.
2: Explain the reason for your return and the product that needs to be replaced.
3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide the logistics number.
4: When the warehouse receives your returned goods, customer service will send you a replacement product based on the needs you provide.
Exchange Fee
If the item has quality problems and needs to be exchanged, voopeak pays all the shipping costs for your exchange. If the product has no quality problem, we will not pay the shipping fee for the return, and the shipping fee for returning to the warehouse needs to be borne by the customer. However, the exchanged item voopeak will ship it for you free of charge.
