1.Where do we ship?

The countries that Voopeak can deliver to are:United States,United Kingdom,Germany,  Canada,Australia, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden ,France, Italy, Spain, New Zealand,Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, South Africa ,Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, Mongolia, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, South Korea, China, New Zealand

2. How much do you charge for shipping and tax?

Free shipping is available on any product you purchase on the Voopeak website. You are not responsible for any shipping and taxes.

3.When will the order be processed?

Delivery process:The goods will generally be shipped within 1-2days (Business days), you can see the shipping status in your order within 1-2 Business days, and we will also send you an email to remind you that your order has been shipped, and After delivery, a tracking number will be sent to your mailbox.

4.How long does delivery take?

We have warehouses all over the world, providing DHL Express, USPS, Canada post and other transportation methods.According to your country, you will be given a relatively close shipping location.

The United States, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan these countries need 3-7 Working days to arrive, other countries need 10-20 Business days

Note: The delivery times depend on the address specified for the order.  You can also calculate delivery estimates by calculating the order's processing time based on your local actual shipping policies.

5. Can I change the delivery address of a package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipment once the product is in transit.

6.How can I track my order?

When you complete your purchase, we will provide you with an order number (emailed to you) within 1-2 (working days). You can check the logistics of your order at the order tracking website. Logistics website:; Enter your order ID, and click "Track" to view the logistics of your order.

7.Ownership, Terms, and Risks

All orders will ship within 1-2 days (working days) except your pre-orders.

If you need to change your address or cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. We can change your address for you or cancel your order for you (please see the Return and Refund Policy) without any obligation to you and a full refund will be issued.

Normally an order that has already been shipped (you have received a tracking number or the order status has been completed) cannot be cancelled. If you have to refuse delivery due to force majeure after the package has been dispatched, you must abide by the Return and Refund Policy.

If the product you ordered is not available for any reason when you place your order, we will contact you by email or phone within 1-2 days (working days). We will inform you of the estimated delivery time and if not satisfied you will have the right to cancel the order without any obligation and will issue a full refund.

After a successful transaction, you will be notified when the order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you may first check your email "spam" file folder, and then contact us.
