Why can't I find a SIM card in the package?
The latest version of TC27 has the SIM card built into the camera, no additional packaging for the SIM Card .
Can I connect the trail camera to the phone with wifi?
Please choose add 4G device, but not wifi device. The trail camera cannot be connected with wifi.
Why can't I connect the cellular 4g game camera to the phone?
First, please make sure the indicate light is steady blue. If not, please check if the SIM inserted correctly. The chip of SIM card needs to face toward the hunting camera lens.
Can i use my own SIM Card?
No. All TC27 Cellular Game Camera Orders that are processed after July will only be compatible with the sim card that comes with the prepared.
